Super Typhoon Fung-Wong is expected to impact Taiwan. The storm may bring heavy rain, flash flooding and strong winds, with transport and essential services affected. Typhoons occur during the wet season from May to November. Check media for updates and follow the instructions of local authorities (see ‘Safety’).

You must complete a Taiwan Arrival Card (TWAC) within three days before you arrive in Taiwan. Check the TWAC website for information on how to complete and submit the TWAC online (see ‘Travel’).
