Since civil unrest and violence in September 2025, the security situation remains unpredictable. The situation may deteriorate without warning. Travel disruptions, including significant delays to international and domestic flights, may occur. There may be police checkpoints. Stay alert and follow the instructions of local authorities.

Avoid government buildings, areas affected by demonstrations, protests and other public gatherings and only move around if you can do so safely. (See ‘Safety’).
