You’ll need a visa to visit Azerbaijan. You can apply for an electronic visa (e-visa) valid for 90 days, allowing you to stay in Azerbaijan for up to 30 days. You can do this online through Azerbaijan’s Official Electronic Visa Portal (see ‘Travel’).

Be alert to possible threats, especially in public places. Terrorists may target tourist areas and attractions or other places frequented by foreigners. Take official warnings seriously (see ‘Safety’).
