There’s a high risk of kidnapping targeting foreigners. Terrorists may target places visited by foreigners, airports, government buildings and security facilities. There’s ongoing political instability and conflict in Niger. Airports and borders may close suddenly. If you decide to remain, you’re responsible for your own safety.
